Below Alex presents his Mexico City Travel Guide:
He says: I have never fallen in love with a city quite as quickly as I fell in love with Mexico City. The Mexican capital is everything I want in a city; sprawling, loud, exciting, creative, friendly, and absolutely delicious. Our Mexico City guide is one of our longest episodes ever and I feel every second is justified as this city has so much to offer. The food section alone is packed full of deliciousness – don’t watch on an empty stomach!
I can very easily deliver almost all of my speeches/content via online sessions. If any of your clients need or want to put on events remotely, I can do that. I have all the necessary equipment here at home (as well as access to studios in London which have broadcast-quality studios for live streaming when our lockdown is over.)
In general, I’m speaking about customer experience in the digital age and how that’s incredibly important/relevant in our current situation. I explore how loyalty, customer service, and digital coexist with each other. What it takes in 2020 to create a phenomenal, memorable customer experience that scales.
I invest a lot of time in energy in my slides and online sessions, making them beautiful but informative; a visual complement to what I’m discussing in the moment. My online sessions are exciting, energetic, and entertaining with examples from all over the world that audiences can relate to but also learn from and put into practice in their own day-to-day.
