Property Legend Carol Smillie joins our line up!

12th Apr 2018

We’re delighted the fabulous Carol Smillie joined us this week!

She really doesn’t need any introduction, but her approachable cheery style has graced our TV screens for the last 25 years with shows such as Changing Rooms, Wheel of Fortune, The Travel Show, Holiday, The National Lottery Show, Smillie’s People, Dream Holiday Homes, Postcode Challenge, Blankety Blank, and Strictly Come Dancing.

She published her own book,’Carol Smillie’s Working Mum’s Handbook’ and pre and post natal fitness DVD “Changing Shape’ as well as columns in Woman’s Own and The Sunday Times.

Carol was chosen to host the Duke of Edinburgh’s 80th birthday celebrations at the Royal Albert Hall and even turned her hand to comedy, treading the boards with two sellout tours of Vagina Monologues, and a further two of the hilarious ‘Hormonal Housewives’.

After more than 25 years on screen, the next step was more about changing careers. In 2012  she became an entrepreneur and entered the world of business launching her own award-winning brand, Pretty Clever Pants – smart underwear for women, with a secret waterproof panel, for life’s little leaks!

The business attracted the attention of tv shopping giant High St TV, who bought the license in 2017, and have taken the brand across their network of international partners.

In addition, she’s a writer and entrepreneur, public speaker and event host!
